  Really not terrible as a restaurant. Children don't seem to be welcome. If you eat in the bubble at noon, it's super hot.

  In view of the previous comments, what is the meal seems very correct to me, on the other hand the reception of the boss is another pair of sleeves... Like Philippe Etchebest, I'm about to discover this virulent boss. Once there, the welcome is friendly, the restaurant warm and cozy. When reading the menu, we choose the Savoyard and Burgundy fondue. Both very well served and of high quality. At the time of having dessert, the long-awaited boss appears and asks us if everything went well, on this I tease him and explain to him in 2 words the comments can praise him on the previous comments. So he explains to me why and how and I form my own opinion about him (he was very correct with us and we talked for a while) now it's time for dessert. And once again pleasantly surprised by this beautifully dressed unstructured tatin. Finally, the pizzas chosen by the children were tasty and generously garnished.

  Positive side we eat very very well and the restaurant is well placed On the negative side the boss is systematically stressed .. every day and at each service and he is even insulting with the customers. The service is much better in his absence. Customers and staff are more zen … better organized service

  A 4-star hotel bar where you have an aperitif without a peanut or two or three olives, a first for me, there is definitely a long way to go to claim high-end accommodation such as the Royal Evian or the Barrière hotels, even the sports café is able to pull out three peanuts Yet I had an excellent dinner 8 years ago.

  Hello Nicolas, thank you for your opinion and aperitif with us. We have removed the olives and peanuts with the covid and offer charcuterie and cheese boards cut at the time for the aperitif. We would be delighted to offer you one if you return to Les Ménuires.

  Beautiful location, good wines and nice original dishes that you pay for. But service takes a long time and is nice and French curt. For example, ordering prosecco at the bar due to lack of service, not receiving it, but having to pay... Because that is service according to the waiter. So on the way out I got it pressed into my hand. Super nice wine, the skiing went excellent after that, but service is of course not

  Very long service 2 hours for 2 dishes of the day which were good but an expensive pizza small and not excellent. Very disorganized service and not very cheerful staff. Restaurant voucher not accepted for lunch service during school holidays!

  Great place for lunch and dinner! We come here for more than 7 years. Polite and helpful staff. Always prompt on the menu for lunch. Great menu. We always find something new for ourselves. About dinners - special thanks! We always take a yes card. 4 dishes are never repeated throughout the week. Great selection of wines.

  Nice food, but rude staff, and prices are doubled in total bill, comparing to menu. We ordered fondue with mushrooms, that can be served only for 2 people. The price in menu was 23 euro. How surprised we were, when waiter gave us bill. The total amount was 46 euro, 23 euro per person. BUT, It wasn't mentioned in the menu. The behavior of stuff was inappropriate and rude, they forced us to pay this double price. However in the menu it was not mentioned anywhere about this double prices. For example if you order 1 fondue, but at the table will be 6 people, you'll be payed 6 times for this dish I would not recommend this place.

  We went out to eat with friends, we ate very well but the boss was more than unpleasant. We have young children ages they were lovely they were playing but he kept watching us throughout the meal .... the waitresses are they very friendly.

  Rectification. During my last visit I reported a much too long wait 1 hour before the 1st course as well as other hazards, But it must be said that the dishes are always in demand and each time we have been there, so congratulations to the kitchen. But I was still upset by the "service" during my last visit.

  Spent quite a bit od time here. Lovely little bar /restaurant. Great food - large portions, service is sometime slow but its usually worth the wait. Lovely indoor /outdoor seating are to make the best use of the good weather when we have it

  One of the rudest receptions we have ever had. After waiting 15mins for someone to take an order, we had to quiz 5 staff, all who said they can't take an order. When finally the man who could take the order came over we offered to order drinks and food to help things and speed things along. The chap flatly refused and walked away. So we left and found a better restaurant where we we're welcome.

  We came for dinner one evening at the Cocon des Neiges. The experience was totally satisfactory. An excellent welcome from the service team, then in the kitchen, a real DELIGHT !! We had the 6 or 7 course tasting menu, the food is fine and overall excellent value for money. We will come back next year without hesitation
